Mann­heim, 25 Febru­ary 2026 – Lil­li­an­Ca­re is ente­ring its next pha­se of growth and is con­so­li­da­ting the ope­ra­tio­nal manage­ment of Lil­li­an Care GmbH. Dani­el Hefel will assu­me sole respon­si­bi­li­ty for lea­ding the com­pa­ny as CEO.

Lil­li­an­Ca­re was foun­ded in 2022 with the goal of deve­lo­ping a sus­tainable solu­ti­on to the shorta­ge of gene­ral prac­ti­tio­ners in Ger­ma­ny. Linus Drop initia­ted the model with the idea of struc­tu­ral­ly inte­gra­ting team-based care models, inclu­ding Phy­si­ci­an Assistants, into pri­ma­ry care and sup­port­ing them with pro­prie­ta­ry digi­tal pro­ces­ses.

Within the deman­ding regu­la­to­ry envi­ron­ment of the Ger­man health­ca­re sys­tem, this model has been gra­du­al­ly deve­lo­ped over recent years and imple­men­ted across the Lil­li­an­Ca­re part­ner prac­ti­ce net­work. This has estab­lished the orga­niza­tio­nal, digi­tal, and struc­tu­ral foun­da­ti­ons on which the com­pa­ny builds today. The com­pa­ny would like to express its expli­cit gra­ti­tu­de to Linus Drop for his for­ma­ti­ve con­tri­bu­ti­on to the deve­lo­p­ment and estab­lish­ment of the model.

Linus Drop will remain clo­se­ly asso­cia­ted with Lil­li­an­Ca­re as a share­hol­der and mem­ber of the board. In this role, he will con­ti­nue to sup­port key stra­te­gic mat­ters and con­tri­bu­te his expe­ri­ence to the company’s long-term deve­lo­p­ment.

As the com­pa­ny enters its next stage of deve­lo­p­ment, the focus will now be on the struc­tu­red sca­ling of the net­work and the con­sis­tent exe­cu­ti­on of fur­ther growth plans. As sole CEO, Dani­el Hefel will be respon­si­ble for the ope­ra­tio­nal manage­ment of Lil­li­an Care GmbH as well as the stra­te­gic advance­ment of the orga­niza­ti­on.

In this pha­se, he will in par­ti­cu­lar dri­ve the struc­tu­red expan­si­on of the net­work, the deve­lo­p­ment of exis­ting and new loca­ti­ons, and the con­sis­tent ope­ra­tio­nal manage­ment of the orga­niza­ti­on. The objec­ti­ve is to ensu­re the sus­tainable deve­lo­p­ment of Lil­li­an­Ca­re part­ner prac­ti­ces and to sys­te­ma­ti­cal­ly expand the care model in under­ser­ved regi­ons.
