The start\u00adup Lil\u00adli\u00adan Care is doing pio\u00adnee\u00adring work with its approach. Long distances, long wai\u00adting times, stres\u00adsed medi\u00adcal assistants and over\u00adwork\u00aded phy\u00adsi\u00adci\u00adans are part of the rea\u00adli\u00adty of pri\u00adma\u00adry health\u00adca\u00adre in rural are\u00adas. Pre\u00advious attempts by muni\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adli\u00adties, health insu\u00adr\u00aders and aging GPs to coun\u00adter\u00adact the shrin\u00adking num\u00adber of prac\u00adti\u00adces in rural are\u00adas have all fai\u00adled or only work\u00aded in iso\u00adla\u00adted cases. But time is pres\u00adsing.
